RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Our product are made with incompatible techniques like hand / digital prints with cord / fabric applique, hand work like french knots/ bead work and these process make the unique, one piece at a time, and there will be variations & this is natural irregularity and not the product defect but the inherent part of the manufacturing process.

Due to the high cost of shipping home decor products, we do not permit return/ exchange except in case of a manufacturing defect or damage in transit wherein we will replace the product.
- To request a replacement, pls send an email to support@theboon.co.in with the order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a reverse pick-up and upon receiving the same will send you a replacement.
DELIVERY & PAYMENTS
- We ship all orders from our manufacturing unit at Noida with 7-10 days working time.
- COD is available for all orders for a value upto Rs.8000.
- There is a Rs150 shipping charge for orders under Rs.3000. Home Decor products are bulky and the shipping charges become very high for a small independent company like ours to absorb though we absorb a large part of it.
- Separate special discount will be available on orders with quantity above 100 pieces each design, approx production rate will be applicable. pls send an email to support@boon.co.in with the order number and the product / design photographs for bulk orders.
